Stealth cell tower disguised to look like a natural pine tree, available in height options from 5 to 40 meters
Pine tree communication towers are designed to imitate the shape of real pine trees, allowing communication base stations to blend naturally into scenic and environmentally sensitive areas where traditional towers are not welcome. Besides supporting telecom signal coverage, they can also be used for environmental monitoring and night lighting. The structure is supported by a self-supporting reinforced concrete foundation, and the outer surface is covered with synthetic tree-bark materials, helping the tower integrate smoothly into the surrounding landscape.

Pine tree towers can integrate environmental monitoring sensors, surveillance cameras, and lighting fixtures, suitable for use not only as a communication support but also for safety, monitoring, and night-time illumination in the same location. The tower structure is designed to withstand strong winds, while the camouflage materials offer excellent resistance to aging, UV rays, and temperature fluctuations. This ensures a long-lasting, realistic natural appearance and superior durability while maintaining full communication functionality.
Realistic appearance
The overall shape replicates a real pine tree. The branches and leaves are finely detailed, and the supporting cable frames are hidden inside the structure to avoid affecting the natural look.
Extended functions
Pine tree towers can be equipped with environmental monitoring sensors, security cameras, and lighting systems, allowing them to serve multiple purposes in different application scenarios.
The installation of pine tree towers on site must follow a systematic sequence to ensure their security and appearance. Once everything has been assembled, the installation process should proceed as follows:
Foundation work
The installation process begins with the preparation of the site and the laying of a reinforced concrete foundation in accordance with the approved drawings. In addition to supporting the entire weight of the pine tree tower, the concrete foundation also ensures that it stays steady over time.
On-site assembly
All the components in pine tree towers are delivered to the installation site and assembled on the ground before lifting.
Connection check
Once the main components are assembled, all joints and fasteners are inspected using proper tools to make sure every connection is secure and properly sealed.
Tower lifting
It's necessary to use a crane to lift the assembled pine tree tower and move it into position above the foundation.
Final fixing
The camouflaged tower is precisely placed onto the foundation and secured with anchor bolts and other fastening components.
System installation and testing
After the pine tree tower is in place, the electrical lines and communication systems are connected. All functions are then tested on site to make sure everything is working properly before putting the tower into operation.
Final appearance inspection
In order to ensure the pine tree blends well with the surrounding environment, the branches, leaves, and outer surface are checked and adjusted after installation.

Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is used to shape the steel components through focused beam cutting and assisted gas removal. The process offers fast cutting speed and high dimensional accuracy (up to ±0.05 mm), while keeping heat impact to a minimum. This reduces the risk of deformation and results in clean, well-defined edges.
CNC Punching and Shearing
Steel angles are processed through CNC-controlled punching and shearing lines. Automatic feeding, positioning, punching, and cutting are all integrated into the process, keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Precise CNC positioning keeps quality consistent, even when working with more complex parts.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing and Surface Protection
The tower is protected with hot-dip galvanizing as the main anti-corrosion treatment, along with an extra plastic coating for added protection. The zinc layer protects the steel from rust and adds strength, while the coating gives extra insulation and surface protection. This combined treatment allows the tower to maintain reliable performance for over 20 years and adapt well to harsh environments such as high and low temperatures, coastal areas, and mountainous regions.
