Telecommunication Tower Accessories

Anchor Bolts
Anchor bolts are used to fix the tower base firmly to the concrete foundation. They are made from high-strength carbon steel such as Q355B or SAE 1045, which makes the bolts strong and durable, especially after hot-dip galvanizing adds protection against corrosion.

Antenna Brackets
Antenna brackets are used to mount and support antennas on the tower structure. Each set of brackets consists of a base, support arms, and adjustable fastening components, which allows the antenna position and angle to be accurately set and securely fixed during installation.

Copper Grounding Materials
Copper grounding materials are used to ensure electrical safety and lightning protection for the tower system. The grounding set usually includes copper lightning rods, grounding strips, grounding bars, grounding rings, and the necessary connection clamps, all working together to create a safe and reliable grounding system.

Connecting Plates
Connecting plates are used to join the main parts of the tower, such as vertical, horizontal, and diagonal members. Made from high-strength steel, they keep the structure firmly connected and allow loads to transfer safely between sections. With proper surface treatment, they are resistant to corrosion and are easy to install and maintain over time.

High-Strength Bolts and Nuts
Accessory bolts consist of high-strength bolts and matching nuts used to fasten different tower components together through pre-drilled connection holes. They help keep the joints firmly secured and make assembly and maintenance easier and safer during installation work.

Aviation Obstruction Lights
Aviation obstruction lights are installed at the top of towers to provide visual warning for aircraft. Depending on the installation setup, they can be supplied in single-light or dual-light versions to ensure clear visibility in different environments and weather conditions.

Climbing Ladder
A climbing ladder is installed on the tower to allow technicians to safely access different heights for inspection, maintenance, and equipment servicing. It is made from corrosion-resistant steel and designed to support frequent climbing under outdoor conditions.

Guyed Wire (Stabilizing Cable)
Guyed wires (also called guy wires) are heavy-duty steel cables used to stabilize the tower by anchoring it firmly to the ground. They help the structure stay steady under strong wind and reduce stress on the tower body.

Rigging Shackle
Rigging shackles are metal connectors used during lifting and installation work. It links steel cables, chains, or lifting equipment and is essential for safe hoisting and positioning of tower components.

Turnbuckle
Used to adjust the tension of guy wires during installation and fine tuning. By turning the body, the cable can be tightened or loosened to reach the required tension level. Commonly used on guyed towers, power lines, and tensioned steel cable systems.

Wire Rope Clip (Wire Rope Clamp)
Used to secure and lock steel wire ropes in place. It grips the cable firmly to prevent slipping and is widely used in guy wire fixing and lifting connections.

Tension Clamp (Wedge Type/Nut Type)
Used to fix and hold steel guy wires under tension in power lines and tower structures. It locks the cable through a self-tightening structure and is designed for high-load applications.

Antenna Mounting Pole
Used to fix and support communication antennas at the required height and orientation. In camouflaged towers, it also helps hide the antenna within the structure while keeping signal transmission stable.

Lightning Protection Rod (Air Terminal)
Installed at the top of the tower to capture lightning and safely guide the electrical current into the grounding system. It works together with the down conductor and earthing network to protect both the structure and the equipment.

Steel Grating Platform
Used as a working and walking surface for maintenance personnel. The open grating design allows water and dust to fall through easily while providing strong load support and anti-slip performance.
